We are looking for a new colleague to order pick batches at the nursery. This is sometimes done by hand, but often with the help of forklifts. Our nursery is the youngest addition to the Forever Plants Group. If you want to fully grow in a small and young team in a green environment, then read on!
The role
As an order picker / forklift driver, you have an eye for quality within our company and take a logistically smart approach to things. You make sure batches are available on schedule for the delivery team that prepares the plants for shipping. Because you spend a lot of your working time among the crop, you have a good view of the quality and work together with the cultivation manager to make sure the plants lack nothing. No week is the same, but you can always count on your colleagues!
We are looking for someone who
- Has a positive, flexible attitude
- Is curious and always wants to improve themselves
- Has an eye for quality, or wants to develop one
- Holds/wants to obtain a forklift certificate
- Thrives both independently and as part of a team
- Has a good command of the Dutch and/or English language
We offer

- Working hours between 7:00 and 17:00, depending on the work

- The opportunity to obtain a forklift certificate
- Salary in accordance with the Greenhouse Horticulture collective labour agreement (CAO), scale C, depending on experience
Divine is a plant nursery in ’s-Gravenzande. Since its founding in 2021, large tropical houseplants have been grown here in collaboration with Forever Plants Group Honselersdijk, such as Yucca Maya tree, Strelizia Nicolai, Arecapalm and Monstera in pot sizes 24, 27 and 35 cm. Together with our partner in Honselersdijk, we have a production area of 6 hectares in which an even wider range is grown. In short: a green environment where you, as a horticulture employee, can indulge your heart!
