The daily challenge of delivering our tropical green plants to our customers neatly and on time is a fine piece of teamwork every single time. For the varied position between the packers and transport, we are looking for a logistics employee. What does your working day look like?
As a logistics employee, you have a very varied working day. One moment you can be found at the delivery stations of our WPS system, loading orders onto trolleys together with the team of packers. The next hour you are in the shed preparing trolleys for transport or processing incoming goods. Throughout, you keep a continuous eye on quality and have a forward-looking view of what else is coming and going that day. With a proactive attitude, you do your bit and are given plenty of room to develop yourself. You also use this development to be able to take over the tasks of our head of logistics during his absence.
The position at our company in Honselersdijk is part of our delivery team, which consists of 12 colleagues. But they cannot do without the other 40 (permanent and flexible) colleagues at this location. Together, with our high-quality green plants, we ensure satisfied customers.
What can we offer you?

We are looking for someone who
- Has a positive and flexible attitude and copes well with stress;
- Is punctual with an eye for quality, so that everything goes out the door according to our specs;
- Is curious and eager to learn;
- Has command of the Dutch language; English/Polish is a plus;
- Has basic digital skills.
