We are looking for an organiser who is enthusiastic about a varied commercial role in our family business in Honselersdijk. Will you truly flourish within a small team in a dynamic green environment? Then read on!
What does your working day look like?
As a commercial office assistant, you are the one who makes sure everything around the sale of our green plants runs smoothly: both managing the commercial process and the administration that goes with it. You take care of processing the orders and support the team by, for example, managing the range offered to customers with up-to-date photos and other tasks that come up. In addition, together with your immediate colleague, you are the first point of contact for our company. Both by phone and at reception.
The role in Honselersdijk is part of our sales team, which consists of 5 colleagues. But they cannot do without the other 60 (permanent and flexible) colleagues at this location. Together, with our high-quality green plants, we ensure satisfied customers.
You are someone who
- Is digitally skilled when it comes to working with the Microsoft Office 365 package, and it is a real plus if you can already work with SDF
- Handles the administration independently from a commercial perspective
- Has a flexible, solution-oriented attitude and speaks up when work can be done better, smarter or more enjoyably
- Is curious about the processes within the department and the company as a whole
- Has a good command of the Dutch language, English is a plus
What can we offer?
- A varied job with a great deal of independence
- Development and training opportunities
- It is a job for at least 4 days a week (Monday/Tuesday fixed working days, start of working hours 7:00 a.m.)
- Working hours to be determined in consultation
- Salary in accordance with the greenhouse horticulture collective labour agreement, scale G, matching your work experience
- A number of secondary employment benefits such as fresh fruit in the canteen, a bicycle scheme, supplementary sickness insurance and a development and training policy
At Forever Plants Group we grow tropical plants at several locations in the region in the smartest and most sustainable way. We not only have an eye for the plants but also for the people in our company. We are convinced that it is good for the company and for our colleagues if everyone in the company can contribute their thinking on a broader level. Not only about sustainability, but also about the organisation itself and how we do things. In March 2022 we were rewarded with the Stigas Healthy & Vital Working award. This confirms that we are committed to healthy and safe working in balance with productivity and, above all, growth in job happiness!
