THE ROLE
Together with the operator, you as assistant operator / forklift driver make sure that the working stock on our WPS (Walking Plant System, really) is always in order. Using a forklift, you replenish those stocks. And on the computer you process the movements of those batches so that we keep a good view of availability in terms of space and sales.
In doing so, you continuously keep an eye on quality and have a forward-looking view of what else the day still has in store. With a proactive attitude, you do your bit and get all the room to develop yourself and to think along about how the work is carried out.
WE OFFER

- Training opportunities; for example, you can obtain your forklift certificate with us if you are our dream candidate but do not yet hold that piece of paper.
- It is a job for 5 days/40 hours per week: Monday to Friday. Working hours start at 7:00.
- Salary in accordance with the greenhouse horticulture collective labour agreement, matching your work experience

It is a fine piece of teamwork to deliver our tropical green plants neatly and on time to our customers! For the varied and responsible role of assistant operator / forklift driver we are looking for a new colleague. - Has a command of the Dutch language because good coordination is essential, English is a plus
- Has basic digital skills for using the computer

- When needed, is also happy to roll up their sleeves among the plants
The role at our company in Honselersdijk is part of our delivery team, which consists of 10 colleagues. But they cannot do without the other 35 (permanent and flexible) colleagues at this location. Together, with our high-quality green plants, we ensure satisfied customers.
