We are looking for a horticulture employee who is excited about a varied job with a broad range of tasks in our young company within the Forever Plants Group. If you would truly flourish in a small and young team in a green environment, then read on!
What does your working day look like?
As an employee within our company you will be trained to become an all-rounder. You will be involved in the entire production process, which means the work varies from potting to delivery and everything in between. Think, for example, of: unpacking and potting plants, crop work, spacing out plants in the nursery and getting them ready for delivery. No two weeks are the same, but you can always count on your colleagues!
You are someone who
- Has a command of the Dutch and/or English language
- Has a positive, flexible attitude
- Has an eye for quality or wants to learn to develop one
- And thrives both independently and as part of a team
What can we offer?
- Year-round work
- A job for a minimum of 32 and a maximum of 40 hours per week
- Working hours between 7:00 and 17:00, depending on the work
- Varied work with opportunities for growth both in the role and within the organisation
- Salary in accordance with the glasshouse horticulture collective labour agreement (CAO), scale B, depending on experience
Divine is a plant nursery in ‘s-Gravenzande. Since it was founded in 2021, large tropical houseplants have been grown here in collaboration with Forever Plants Group Honselersdijk, such as Yucca Maya tree, Strelizia Nicolai, Areca palm and Monstera in pot sizes 24, 27 and 35 cm. Together with the partner in Honselersdijk we have a production area of 6 hectares in which an even broader assortment is grown, such as Calathea, Alocacia and Philodendron and Musa. In short: a green environment where you, as a horticulture employee, can enjoy to your heart’s content!
