For our family business in Honselersdijk we are looking for a Sales Support colleague who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Together with the sales team you ensure that our customers can count on quality, speed and perfect administration.
What will you be doing?
In this role you are an important link within our sales team. You make sure that the administrative process surrounding the sale of our green plants is tightly organised.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Processing incoming orders
- Customer contact by phone and e-mail
- Managing reservations and sharing customer information with our operational team
- Managing the current range and product photos
- Maintaining customer and order data
You work closely together with your 3 direct colleagues from the sales department and the delivery teams at our 2 locations. In total you work together with around 60 colleagues who contribute daily to delivering strong, high-quality green plants to customers at home and abroad.
What do we expect from you?
- MBO+/HBO working level
- Available at least 32 hours per week
- You are administratively strong and service-oriented
- You have experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- You can work well independently within a team and have an eye for the entire process
- You have strong communication skills and have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
