You might think that we at Forever Plants are mainly occupied with growing plants. That is of course our core business, but we also find it important that our colleagues are happy with the work they do and that they can grow. We try to support them wherever we can. And recently we have been doing so in a really nice way!
Football and green plants: a great combination!
Since this year we have been the proud sponsor of Jeff van der Meer’s football team. Jeff is a man who devotes himself with great passion to cultivation within our company, but who outside the company works hard for ‘s-Gravenzande football. He plays for the 13th team of FC ‘s-Gravenzande and volunteers by refereeing youth matches.
That all sounds great of course, but a team naturally needs a sponsor! That is why Jeff went to Erik. Erik was enthusiastic and referred him to Remco, who manages the marketing budget. Because of the contribution that Jeffrey makes to Forever Plants and the fact that sport is of course really good for you, we decided to sponsor the new team kit.
So far Jeff’s team has won 1 of the 3 matches played, but of course we are keeping our spirits up! There is still a whole season to go. 😉 Jeff, enjoy the coming season and good luck with the upcoming matches!
